My head is spinning from the number of calls I receive, hoping to launch an MLM with a sales pitch from above.
It sounds great, if you want to reach a lot of people, who in turn want to get something for nothing, pay once and earn without end... it is a pyramid marketing income scheme, and nothing more.
If you pack a Product in there and say, Buy this bottle of ____ nutritional product, one time, we enter you in a matrix, and each time your 2x2 matrix fills, you earn a commission and a portion is used to re-enter you into another Matrix!!!! WAHOOOOOOO! Still, it is a pyramid marketing income scheme.
If you would like to set up a solid business model, that will support your company for years to come, with few issues along the way, do yourself a favor and take a hard look at a UniLevel Comp Plan. This is what will happen. You will only attract people interested in your business, product and comp plan. Those interested in getting rich for doing nothing, or getting rich from a million person mailing list... they won't be attracted to your business. Why? because a well planned UniLevel Comp Plan benefits people for selling real products and services to real people, not a structured scheme of shifting money around or cycling, to make things look fancy. Let's get the industry cleaned up! I haven't seen a viable recycling
matrix that could truly pass the viability test. They bring a short
end to companies that could go all the way.

How to Start An MLM
This one will be short. Recycling Matrix Compensation Models are regularly considered, by those seeking to build business opportunities with large income. I've posted a deeper discussion on the subject, at another blog address, and wrote a book, which is currently available by pdf.
Before I take you there, I should mention a few things.
There are a lot of factors, which can result in the success or failure of your company.
The Compensation Plan is not completely about the numbers.
It actually plays a major roll in the atmosphere and purpose which radiates from you to others.
If you propose a compensation plan that benefits people with 'Spill', a few steps away from your lips and it is viewed as benefiting for sitting and waiting for the upline... YOU, to give them spill. Get in now and get the spill which our top leaders are going to give us!
Sound familiar? Go register for well-fare and food stamps and wait for the Government to give us everything we want...
Mean it or not, that is the atmosphere which you generate. Just like the Government systems are delivered with good intentions, the resulting atmosphere is completely different. Seldom do you see motivation to stand up and work hard, when waiting for Government assistance.
The Matrix has been around for a long time. Few have understood why it is such a challenge. It sounds great by the numbers... if it fills, I earn cha-ching! But the atmosphere is the kicker.
Now, make it a recycling matrix and you've ramped up this do-nothing atmosphere 100 times.
My friends, honestly... if you are going to build an MLM or Direct Selling Business, you need to market real products and services to real people. If your compensation plan entices people to join, for timing, placement, or easy rewards, the message and passion of your product is never delivered. It quickly turns into a recruiting scheme, leading to a train-wreck.

Recycling Matrix
Like the Linear, recycling Matrices are fixed width and enjoyed an explosion in popularity shortly after the turn of the millennium. Although called a Matrix, these plans operate more like a Linear.
By this, we mean that they pay a commission one a certain number of distributors/sales are below you. Whereas a Linear evaluates the payment of a commission based on the number of people/sales in a straight line below you, the recycling Matrix evaluates the payment of a commission based on the completion of a structure below you.
As an example, a 2x2 recycler would pay a commission when a two wide, two deep structure was filled. Also like a Linear, participants in a Recycling Matrix have the opportunity to begin building another structure in order to earn another commission.
