How to Start An MLM

This one will be short.  Recycling Matrix Compensation Models are regularly considered, by those seeking to build business opportunities with large income.  I've posted a deeper discussion on the subject, at another blog address, and wrote a book, which is currently available by pdf.


Before I take you there, I should mention a few things.
There are a lot of factors, which can result in the success or failure of your company.
The Compensation Plan is not completely about the numbers.
It actually plays a major roll in the atmosphere and purpose which radiates from you to others.


If you propose a compensation plan that benefits people with 'Spill', a few steps away from your lips and it is viewed as benefiting for sitting and waiting for the upline... YOU, to give them spill.  Get in now and get the spill which our top leaders are going to give us!
Sound familiar?  Go register for well-fare and food stamps and wait for the Government to give us everything we want...


Mean it or not, that is the atmosphere which you generate.  Just like the Government systems are delivered with good intentions, the resulting atmosphere is completely different.  Seldom do you see motivation to stand up and work hard, when waiting for Government assistance.


The Matrix has been around for a long time.  Few have understood why it is such a challenge.  It sounds great by the numbers... if it fills, I earn cha-ching!  But the atmosphere is the kicker.


Now, make it a recycling matrix and you've ramped up this do-nothing atmosphere 100 times.


My friends, honestly... if you are going to build an MLM or Direct Selling Business, you need to market real products and services to real people.  If your compensation plan entices people to join, for timing, placement, or easy rewards, the message and passion of your product is never delivered.  It quickly turns into a recruiting scheme, leading to a train-wreck.
